- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards your bill.
- Purchased vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift Cards are non - refundable and must be used in full at Frankie B's.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Gift Cards are treated as Cash and cannot be replaced if stolen or lost.
- All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 3 years validity period.
- We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in the Terms & Conditions at any time when there is a change that is required.
- Gift Card Transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to any credit card details.
